Louisa voucher was given - sort of a breakfast treat. We requested a softer pillow and they delivered within a few hours. The design and appliances are high grade. The TV comes with a smart sound bar, and the appliances are Dyson including the hair dryer.

The pictures were exactly as shown on the website. Staff was so kind and provided great service and thorough explanations -- made us awesome coffee when we asked too! Bed was super comfy and room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again next time we're visiting.

Very clean and chic room with a good scent, comfortable bedding, cute table cushion set, and sufficient lighting. The room is well-equipped with TV, mini fridge, and hair dryer. The room really match the photos on Booking.com. The location is amazing, close to famous foodie spots and transportation. I would definitely come back to stay here again!
