The friendliness of the staff impressed me the most. They would help out with everything needed and even offer to give you a ride to the city. My room which was facing the park was well isolated, you can only hear the birds in the morning, but that's a great way to start your day. The location is not central, but close to the Yuguang island beach and the green tunnel where you can do a boat ride along the mangrove forest.

I have been staining for a month and a half in the Chapter with my wife and infant and it was more than a home on a foreign land. We got a wide to rooms apartment with two bathrooms and showers, dryer and washer, large kitchen and a living room. Apartment that made our stay in Tainan to be easier. The staff of the Chapter is remarkable. For a non mandarin speaker i got help in every little to big issue - regulations or just Uber eats thing, all with a big smile and kindness from the stuff. Every request about the room was immediately handled and solved. Even when i told them i need to last my staying they managed to fix all schedule to fit to me and my family. Just so happy that i have made this trip at the Chapter.

Got a nice and clean area to sleep and you could just spend 3 or more hours to use the B & B public facilities. BTW hotel staff service attitude is excellent which I will back there again if I travel to Tainan in future.

The ceiling of the room was high making the room relaxing. The size of the room was good. The laundry facility was convenient. The 24 hour coffee in the lobby was convenient and the coffee itself was great. The pool was pretty. The location is awesome right next to the Chimei Museum!

I’ve stayed in lots of hostels across countries and this was one of my favorites. All the facilities were clean and comfortable, it’s very well communicated with every place I wanted to go to, and most importantly, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was very quiet and private, the staff are the nicest and even gave me fruit to eat while I waited for the check in time, which I really needed after a few hectic days and almost brought me to tears. You can tell that it’s a place run by people that are passionate about their business and put a lot of care into creating a good experience for each of their guests. I’ll definitely be staying here again if I go back to Tainan in the future.

I really liked the Hostel, the best of all where I have been before. Very clean place, very quiet at night, I slept just fine, big bed, everything is clean, neat. The staff is very responsive. There is a kitchen, there are places to eat, there is a refrigerator, there is a coffee machine, there is water, cream. The restroom is neat, there are a lot of toilets. All modern. There is shower gel, facial soap, toothpaste. I more than liked it!

Very beautiful converted bookstore. Helpful and nice staff. Very cleaning, staff are always cleaning. Bathrooms were really nice and pods were comfortable. Would stay again!
