The location is the best, it locates in the heart of Ximending. Their staff is very helpful, you can order the pineapple pies or famous crackers from the reception. And staff helped us called the van transfer to the airport.

I‘m giving this hotel a ten because it deserves its current average above 9. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff. Particularly convenient one stop away from the main train station if you want to use highspeed rail to see the west coast.

The property was super clean, tidy and clear on where everything is. I felt comfortable right away which is not always the case when I travel. They helped me with a late check in and directions were well communicated. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is near a lot of bigger store shopping.

Spaces that are well thought out and nicely designed attract me- and this hotel is IT! Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is located on the top floor of the building so it is nice and quiet. I like that they made us remove our shoes at the door, and wear house slippers while moving around the hotel. The common areas feel clean and it also feels kinda like you’re own home. The best part is they have heated toilet seats!
