Everything was perfect . The location is close to the center of Mountain view and the Shoreline Amphitheater. Room was big and well decorated, with everything you need. Outside was gorgeous with a food truck, restaurant, bar, playground for kids, heated pool and huge gym. Staff was helpful and professional.

We only wanted a place within walking distance to the Shoreline Amphitheater, but we got this plus a wonderful hotel. Extremely friendly front desk staff, free parking, excellet room, exceptionally quiet surroundings, free bikes to enjoy that Google neighborhood. What a jewel!

Nice, clean and good location. Staff is really awesome, always prompt to help. I've arrived too early (11AM) for check-in after a 16hs flight and the receptionist was so helpful working with cleaning lady to provide me a room in just a few minutes! Breakfast is as good as many other expensive hotels I've been before.

The Palo Alto Inn was super clean and the check in was smooth. I was afraid that it'll be noisy as it was a near a somewhat busy road but it was so quiet at night and I really liked the finishing touches of the place. I never really stayed in an outdoor inn/accommodation before I was worried about security/safety but everything felt safe and secured. I liked the free water and the free snacks at the front desk, overall, it exceeded my expectation for the price I paid.
