The incredibly friendly and helpful staff are what make this such a great place to stay. They were amazing at going out of their way to ensure I got my glasses I’d left on the train back. Above and beyond service. A little bit out of the main area of town but located on river and short walk over to Com Hen island. We easily walked into town also. Really yummy breakfast served also.

The hosts are formidably helpful. Extremely sweet and nice people who helped us recover some belongings we had forgotten is the bus on our way here. The property is very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Perhaps the best of the 50+ hotels I have resided at during this world tour!

The space is so wonderful, the rooms are luxurious with strange creative designs... the staff is friendly and enthusiastic... especially the landlord is so friendly and cheerful... the swimming pool is large, there is a lot of green space so it's very cool. .ideal location... everyone should choose this place for their vacation

Great hotel- walking distance to night time walking streets- quick taxi to Hue Imperial Palace- Super comfortable, good swimming pool and a wonderful breakfast. Staff were helpful and courteous.
