The manager was very kind and helped us out a lot. We needed to cut our stay short (due to noise) and the manager understood and didn't make any fuss, just charged us for the usage we had. Very easy to communicate with and replies quickly to messages through booking.com The location is out of the city a bit, but it's what we wanted to this is a positive for us. The hosts were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Great to be in a family home . We asked if there was a restaurant that did vegetarian food and they cooked for us and ate with us. It was just so lovely and the food was delicious. In the morning just as we were about to leave (we are cycling through Vietnam) they gave us a cup of tea and sticky rice. They wouldn’t accept any money for dinner or breakfast. So genuine.
