From the moment that we made the booking, we were met with effective, friendly and helpful response. We had a message from the owner to warn us that there was a 50th birthday celebration on the night of our stay over, but because they took extra care and placed us as far as possible from the venue, we could not hear any noise or music. All in all we had a delightful stay and will DEFINITELY be back again. Nothing beats a friendly host and excellent facilities. well done!

Perfect to escape the busy city yet very close to the Elgin Railway market and Peregrine farm stall. Quiet and comfy. Wood supplied for the stove and fireplace adding to the country cottage feeling. The nespresso machine and plenty of books rounded off a nice fireplace chill experience.
