We had such a fantastic stay here for one night along the Garden Route. Ben and his family of dogs were so welcoming! The view from our little cabin was incredible, room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend if driving the Garden route!

Valmont estate is picture perfect with the most beautiful horses adding to the tranquility. We stayed in the Dam Cottage which was very cutely decorated and snug. Its centrally located and very close to Natures Valley with a beautiful unspoilt beach and hike, and just off the N2 so a short drive into Plett for a meal or tsitsikamma for some adventure sports. This is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

Set on the edge of the Matjies River Gorge, this 4-star lodge features views of the surrounding valleys and Tsitsikamma Mountains. It offers terraces, an outdoor pool and a sauna.

Stayed here a number of years ago and had a great stay so good to see it is still a fabulous place to spend a few days. Rooms are very comfortable and mainly have terraces built out over the Hollow. The food is excellent as are the staff.
