The Protea Cabin was beautiful and the surrounding woods was so peaceful, with lots of birds to watch not to mention our little friend the Duiker (small buck) that visited us a couple of times, making for an amazing stay. Don't forget to visit the little farm coffee shop the chocolate cake is a must. With breath taking views of the Drakensburg.

Breakfast was good. Portions were a bit more but enjoyed all of it. The environment was just tranquil. I am definitely recommending it to friends and family. Access from main road is very good.

The cottage is a gem, hidden in a beautiful, well maintained garden and private, it was clean and comfortable with a modern crisp look. for colder days there is a gas heater and a fan for warmer days provided which adds to the comfort. Tea, Coffee amenities were provided as well. location is great, close to shopping centers, some restaurants and fast food places. The Host Leigh was so gracious and helpful.
