Location, decor, etc. Very well equipped too! Most importantly, the staff were very kind! I had to travel to another city and return to Geneva to pick up my bags after checking out and they were kind to let me keep my bags with them till I got back. When I got back days later exhausted for a night flight, they were kind to offer me coffee and snacks at the public lounge before leaving. Very automated but so user friendly and very safe too!

We arrived one day late, because of our flight. The owner offered us a free night instead the one we lost. Very generous owner, and even gave us a receipt for the insurance about the day we lost. I would definitely come back there.
