We booked a poolside room and it’s only 1 min walk to the beach. They also provide gears and paddles & kayaks for use, they are available right on the beach. We stayed for two nights and everything is just wonderful.

Each air-conditioned bungalow is situated only 20 metres from the water and are fully insect screened. All offer a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided. amazing location on a small private beach with kayaks and coconut trees. amazing value for money. The apartments look much better than on the pictures.

Located in Amuri, 800 metres from Aitutaki Beach, Sunny Beach Bungalows - Aitutaki provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and barbecue facilities. The accommodation offers free shuttle service, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. We liked the easy access to the beach. It was close to convenience stores. We liked that it felt secluded and that there were kayaks and snorkel gear. Having a kitchenette was nice. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

The absolute beachfront bungalow provides an absolute stunning view of the beautiful lagoon which is right on our door step. The garden rooms including a stand alone one bedroom family room provide a partial lagoon and beach view. Breakfast had too much fruit blends. Orange or pineapple would have been better. Location brilliant 👏.

Boasting beautiful sea or garden views from your private verandah, Tamanu Beach features a beachfront restaurant and bar and a private beach area. Guests enjoy free use of kayaks and snorkelling equipment and a free tropical breakfast daily. We stayed in Villa 100 , on beachfront which we were so impressed with. It was huge !. Had its own private entrance onto beach right by lagoon , a front open lounge / dining area with roof , that looked out on stunning views of lagoon and beach : no other thatched cottages/ villas either side , so very private. Next to pool . Kitchenette area was well stocked with coffee machine , fridge , freezer , electric plug in hob , basic kitchen equipment. Bedroom was huge , with great air con and also ceiling fans , with very large double shower ensuite and separate toilet. The ambience of the resort is very friendly , all staff in restaurant were lovely . Food is exceptional at night and at breakfast. Options to walk down beach from here to other resort bars if needed. Their Cultural Island Feast with dancing performance & music was incredible . A huge buffet to help yourself from and live music , Polynesian local dancing. We loved staying at Tamaru . The Manager checked on everyone staying which was great customer service. Highly recommend this place .

Providing a garden, Tavake Villa features accommodation in Arutanga. Located 2.2 km from Aitutaki Beach, the property provides a private beach area and free private parking. The property has free shuttle service, a family-friendly restaurant with an outdoor dining area. The host was friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. The air conditioning worked well. View of the lagoon and the surf breaking over the reef was spectacular. Mark, our host, lent us his car (competative price) and also took us out to One Foot Island in his skiff. A much better choice than a larger boat with many tourists. On the premises is a great little restaurant and food store. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. The menu was versatile with vegan options. The mango smoothies were great to quench our thirst during the hot summer days on Aitutaki. Overall--a great place to stay if you like to avoid the resort crowd and actually meet the locals.
