The hots gave me much attention and although they did not speak much English, they tried really hard to help me out. In about five minutes, I was in the room and it was an amazing room with a very nice bathroom. Super clean and great shower.

I liked that Crowne had its own inhouse hot spring, as well as the "zoo"/animal petting area at the back; the kids enjoyed feeding the cute animals (alpacas, dogs, rabbits etc). The hot spring also offered massages and I enjoyed the massage provided by 晴; she helped alleviate my back pain.
