Hi, we are from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿. We booked this hotel via booking for 4 people. Arrived on the 6th of August and stayed until the 11th of August. Everything was on a highest level, especially service, personnel, attitude. All the personnel is so kind and friendly, everyone is trying to help and even if they don't know the language, they use translator in order to support us. Dear Mr Johnson helped us with every single thing, was answering all the questions. We were not able to make a payment of the hotel due to card blockage (foreign card) and he did not hurry us, told us to relax enjoy our trip and pay it whenever we fix the problem with the bank. Fortunately, we fixed on the second day of the stay. Whenever we called and asked something, he organized it very fast. Additionally, he was answering our questions through WeChat as well and he is the only English speaker at the hotel, which makes the communication much easier. 👍🏽 Unfortunately, don't know the tall guy's name on the front desk. He was extra supportive as well. Hope you understand who is he. 🙏🏽 All personnel in the whole hotel, all people at the front desk were friendly, gave us drinks, chargers etc. Additionally, want to mention Olivia. She was in touch with us right from the moment when we made our booking, she reached us. Despite the fact, that we could only arrange one-way pick up or dropoff, Olivia arranged both for us, as our dropoff railway station was a bit far. I really appreciate his effort to get us familiar with the area, patiently giving us recommendation for restaurants, directions to train stations, and even attending to our various requests. We got an upgrade to family suite. The room was absolutely fantastic and spacious. We will definitely come to stay again when we stop by in Shanghai. Mr Sun and Mr Feng also were helpful in attending to our needs, helped us get a transports (even stopping taxi in the middle of the road). Overall the staffs were superb. Thumbs up to them.

It is a clean, spacious, comfortable accommodation with complete facilities. The location is close to many famous shopping places. You can walk to Nanjing Road in less than 5 minutes. From this accommodation, you can walk to The Bund and enjoy various shops. If you talk about the accommodation, I must say that the owner is more helpful. She is very helpful in various matters. My family and I just came to Shanghai for the first time. There were many questions that owner was always answered quickly and coordinated promptly. If I go back, I will definitely stay here again.
