Very comfortable and clean room which suited us perfectly. The hotel and its surrounds were perfect for sightseeing and going out in the evening for a family meal or to the opera show. The staff were so kind and thoughtful and we felt really welcomed here. Best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel in China too!

Ascott Raffles City Chengdu offers luxurious apartments with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The apartments all feature upscale amenities and some units are fully equipped kitchen. Sichuan Gymnasium Station (Line 1 and Line 3) is 2 minutes' walk away and Line 10 is a 5-minute walk away from the station. We are a family of 4 adults. The two bedrooms apartment was perfect. Rooms were large and there are 2 bathrooms. Living room was large with a good size kitchen. Room was well maintained and clean.

The staff is super helpful and even ordered us a taxi and because we didn't have our apps set up yet, they paid for our cab so we could get to a cell phone store to get service. The resturaunt is delicious with some of the best food we had on our trip. The air conditioner was ice cold and the shower water was hot. The beds were comfortable and we had great pillows. The courtyard was cozy and comfortable.

The host’s food recommendations were spot-on, and the Chinese-style design feels elegant yet cozy. Mosquito repellent is a must here (it’s by the hills!), but after hiking temple trails, the hot springs made it all worthwhile.
