Old stone walls, wooden floors and ceilings and plenty of live fireplaces do make you travel in time. However, this hotel is offering everything you need - top facilities and a very soft bed to take a good nights sleep. I also enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the same place - a 11 out of ten rating. Good food, friendly and caring staff - that all made me feel at home far away from my home! Good Job!

We had a lovely stay at the stage last night. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the bar had a great atmosphere. The owner was friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough is opposite and close to the A1. Large rooms are en suite and there are excellent leisure facilities including a pool and gym. Really comfortable and spacious rooms which are well equipped and very clean. Good beds and plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel has a lovely spa, with a well designed pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, as well as loungers for reading. Breakfast was also plentiful and varied. big and convenient car park too, as well as polite and courteous staff.

Set in its own award-winning gardens, The Haycock Manor Hotel is located in the village of Wansford on the edge of the A1 Motorway. Everything was very good Room 103 was nice and spacious , nice bed linen, great shower Lovely evening meal in Haycock Kitchen, delicious bottle of French Pinot Noir Breakfast - full English was excellent as was the flat white and toast Would most definitely stay again Thank you to all the staff
