Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

The resort hotel was created by reinterpreting the spirit of Florence and the Medici family, a city of art that inherited a brilliant cultural heritage Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

Less than a 5-minute walk from Jungmun Beach, this 5-star accommodation is located within a 10-minute walk from Teddy Bear Museum and only a 5-minute drive from Jeju Convention Centre. It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Jeju International Airport. The hotel looks magnificent and the entire setup at the cliffs and its beautiful garden and trail all look amazing. And what makes it special is that it is done some effortlessly.

The property has sea and inner courtyard views, and is 5.5 km from Jeju World Cup Stadium. The accommodation features a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. It absolutely loved staying there. The staff was super nice. I had a private room which was very spacious. I also enjoyed the lounges inside and outside and I was able to meet some wonderful people from all over the world. Car park was available for free. When I come back I will definitely stay there again!

The owners are so kind and made great efforts to make us feel welcome, starting with great communication from the moment we booked. It was Korea's Parent's day on the last day and they made a surprise delicious Korean special dish at breakfast to mark the occasion for us and our kids. So nice! The breakfast itself is really nice, as is the coffee. There is an acoustic guitar, which I was able to play in the garden, or cafe area. Always a sign of a nice creative space, which is great for our family. Our kids forgot their pencil case and crayons and the owners were kind enough to lend us their own set. So kind! Location is great, with easy parking. It is close to a small port with varied eating locations, including bbq, seafood, a 24hr pizza place - which has amazing Italian style pizza with an authentic oven. Our kids kept saying how it's their favourite place to stay in Korea and we have live in this country for four years. We shall definitely return!

We enjoyed the views from the front and rear of the house. Our host was very responsive to our needs. Right from the start, he was a very good communicator. We had a wonderful stay.
