Family hotels and homes in Querétaro

Very warm swimming pool, great for small kids. Very pleasant garden with some things to kids to do. Restaurant was good and service was friendly. A solid option for families! Recommended.

Nice little family style hotel, friendly people

The pool was good for the kids and the little playground was also used intensively. The entire hotel is a pleasant place to spend a weekend.

It’s great if you drive as it’s on a busy corridor so there’s not much walking anywhere but the food at the restaurant was good and affordable and the staff was very helpful.

I checked in saw the state of the room with its terrible furnishings then proceeded to check out within 40 minutes of arrival. The hotel staff listened to my concerns and then promptly refunded me for the booking when I showed them the photographs of what I found unacceptable, and unliveable for the 5 nights we initially planned to stay. I thank the front desk staff for that courtesy and wish them well.

We loved the pool, and all the places around the hotel to sit in comfy chairs. The dinner we enjoyed with our family in the private cellar was superb. We speak a little Spanish and the staff were great helping with explanations and patience.
