Fabulous breakfast, the cake with figs remains a pleasant memory. Welcoming hosts that make you feel part of the family. Quiet location, with all necessary facilities, children's playground, parking, swimming pool as an afternoon blessing after a hot summer day. Recommendations made by the lady of the house for local restaurants and festivals. A big plus in English conversations with Annarita, our host. Absolutely the best place where we stayed during our road trip in Italy! Facilities were perfect, better than expected and described. All buildings makes a lovely area in truly italy style what makes you feel like on real italy countryside estate. Rooms have private entrance and are located in couple separate buldings what give you a lot of privacy. We stayed in wee cottage where have been only 2 apartments. Pool is great and view on Umbria is amazing. Staff is very helpful and make you feel welcomed and atmospher is great. Food on breakfast and dinner were amazing and defenitily worth of price even could say they are underpriced. First we booked only one night as we planned to move to another place however we have been so impressed with this place and people so we decided to change plans and stayed for one more night. We only regret that we went there on the end of our stay in Italy so we couldn't stay longer. But for sure we will be back there one day!

We were accommodated in a clean, bright and new apartment on ground floor which was nice and simply furnished. Bed was very comfortable for us. We adored the courtyard with lovely view on Cannara which could be used for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Also, owner is very talkative and gave us precious information how to get around, what to see and explained a bit of local history.

We had a splendid three days at this agriturismo in the lingering hills around Spello. The surrounding hills are great for a bit of hiking and running. We also liked the dog and kitten walking around the property! Our hosts were very helpful and prepared us breakfast every day.
