Good location that is close to water cube and national stadium. Plus close to subway station, thus we were able to travel easily. The clerk were speaking good English, helped us a lot.

It is clear that the hotel management while trying to keep the hotel profitable they also pay attention to many details to keep guests satisfied enough to not to go anywhere else next time. The gentleman(sadly forgot his name)at the concierge was speaking very well English, extremely helpful and nice. Best staff I have ever seen between more than 600 hotels.

I initially booked the hotel for just one night, but ended up staying for four. My room has been generous upgraded. I was placed on the top floor, where I enjoyed an amazing view of the city. The hotel team provided excellent service throughout my stay, and special thanks go to Jennifer in the Executive Lounge. She kindly helped me print over 80 pages of documents, which saved me so much time. She has also seamlessly arranged my prolonged stay with everything thing I needed, including a generous late check-out, even before I'd thought to ask for it. Another highlight I absolutely loved about this hotel is that it practically shares an entrance with the Metropark Lido Hotel, which boasts one of Beijing’s oldest Western-style lobbies. This lobby area is a true gem, housing several excellent Chinese and Western restaurants as well as souvenir shops. By walking through it, you’ll reach a quiet, cozy bar and restaurant district tucked away in a charming corner of the downtown area. Best of all, you can explore all these spots without leaving the hotel area nor dealing with Beijing’s usual traffic hassles, making it perfect for enjoying with family and friends.

The property is beautiful and it was the perfect place to retire throughout the day as we were exploring Beijing. The herringbone marble elevators were EPIC. Also, the bathrooms were beautifully done.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The location was good and conveniently close to the subway. Everything was spotless; the cleanliness really stood out. The customer service was outstanding — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Overall, an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning!

Exceptional personalized service which we appreciated even prior to arrival. Rooms were spacious and yet comfortable. Location is great and convenient to the 3rd ring road and beside a river. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very roomy and clean hotel. It is a little dated but the service, comfort, and room size is really worth the price.

The hotel is placed in a very quiet area, so you will be able to sleep. It is also nearby the train station. The staff is great, most of them speaks English without any issue. There are some convenience shops nearby and also a Buddhist temple is nearby, 10 min walk!

Great location, very friendly staff, yummy breakfasts and wonderful tea collection you can try at breakfasts. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely return again!
