The hotel facilities are well maintained, everything was very clean, and the hotel team was polite and professional. We rented bikes and did a ride by the river which was one of the favorite park for our Yangshuo trip. Their attentive service made the whole stay smooth and comfortable

I stayed at XY.Yun House for two nights while traveling alone, and it truly felt like discovering a hidden gem. The surroundings are stunning, with a tranquil atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The pool deserves special mention—it’s one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, seamlessly blending into the lush forest behind. Looking up from the water, you’re treated to a breathtaking view of the Yangshuo mountains—a scene straight out of a dream. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. But I must especially mention Jody, who was the highlight of my stay. She is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Jody went above and beyond—she accompanied me throughout my stay, taking me for walks in the scenic village, exploring nature on an e-scooter, shopping together, and even treating me to a local ice cream. It felt like I was exploring Yangshuo with a dear friend. Thank you, my beautiful friend Jody—you made my stay unforgettable. All in all, this was a magical and memorable experience, and I would highly recommend XY.Yun House to anyone looking for peace, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality

The location is excellent, close to the Ten-Mile Gallery scenic area, the hotel has a unique design with romantic, and very photogenic. The room has wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of natural light, and a bathtub with lovely outdoor views. The open viewing terrace overlooks dramatic karst peaks. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were very enjoyable. We love our stay.

Loved the hotel’s atmosphere and service. Everything felt comfortable, and the hotel bar was excellent — very professional and definitely worth trying.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many choices. Not to be missed! All of the food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Our villa was gorgeous and very well appointed. We did have a problem with our air conditioning. They offered to move us, but ultimately they were able to fix the AC in our original unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is excellent, with options also available for lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea as part of the room rate - a lovely and delicious touch. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, tastefully designed with breathtaking views. The hotel’s location is both scenic and convenient, just 10-15 minutes from the best places to visit in Yangshuo.

Awesome location to explore Yangshuo. Close to the city center to enjoy awesome Ganga Indian restaurant, Starbucks, McDonald's and Dairy Queen. Excellent breakfast with an omelette station and cappuccino machine. The facilities are very clean. There is a small gym and a large outdoor pool (not heated).Our suite was huge with panoramic windows with automated blackout shades. Use DIDI app with ALIPAY (with overseas credit cards) to book a taxi to and from the hotel to the airport, Xianghong mountain scenic view and city center for low prices.

The personal touch by Jack & his family meant everything! We felt at home & hope to return! New friends 😁🇨🇳 🇺🇸
