Everything went well! This was our first time staying at Sonesta and it surprised us. Breakfast was great, sometimes the area was full but it was the Holy Week so the hotel was full, anyway the attention was great and it improve the experience. The rooms are very comfortable, we got two rooms one double and one queen, beds were so comfortable we could really rest and enjoy these days off. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, I was very curious and once I heard it wasn't great but in fact it was delicious. If you stay here enjoy the facilities.

Great location, lovely family cabins, very clean, friendly staff, great pool and playgrounds for the kids. Property directly adjacent to the pony park. I could easily have stayed longer, loved the property & location!

    Location is central and 25mins from the airport. We arrived early after a long and troublesome journey and before 3pm. Reception lady Lesly quickly organised for us to have early access to our room which was brilliant. Room was clean, bed super-comfortable, bathroom / shower perfect. Air-con just right. Breakfast was superb. Outdoor pool is heated which made it comfortable to use up to the 6.30pm closing time.

    Amazing hotel in the best area of Bucaramanga. Very nice rooftop pool and very spacious, quite luxurious rooms (12th floor).

    -The customer service was excellent. -Outstanding staff. Very helpful and professional from the reception to the bellboy. -Convenient location. -The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious foods. -Reasonable prices. -Good room service. Nice foods as well. -Beautiful city view from the room and the terrace. -The swimming pool, the spa, the sauna... all very pleasant and well maintained. -The bed was comfortable.

    The hotel was truly 5 star luxury accomodation. The room was large, very clean and tidy. The breakfast was a good choice of the standard options. A roof top pool and relaxing area with great views of the city. Attentive staff. The shower was the best I have ever experience - I could have stayed under it all day....
