We enjoyed all the facilities the hotel had to offer including the various amenities and restaurants within the campus. The breakfast was also good. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, the convenient mini market within the hotel. The kids club was also a great offering.

The staff were super nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pools are really fun and calm with plenty of sunbeds and good snack and drinks bars. Our room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable with good bathroom.

    Not much to like, but there is the underlying potential for this place to shine, if under better management and with some love given to the many rundown areas. Animation guys do a decent job, though it feels like they are under an awful budget and have to "make do". All food locations are just ok'ish, including the gourmet one, but nothing to say "5 stars" on it.
