The room was exceptional . I stayed in the panoramic room overlooking Hussain Sagar. Fantastic. Was able to get a Cappuccino even at 3 AM. The staff were very courteous . Breakfast was exceptional. Special kudos to Sanjana at the breakfast table. She was happy to help me despite my numerous nagging requests at the table :). Gym was neat and clean . The pool was outstanding ! Would stay here if I were to visit Hyderabad again.

The way all the people, starting from the guards at the gate to the receptionists, restaurant managers, waiters and house keeping helped us and served us with a smile. Plus the room was very comfortable and unusually big. Buffet is extra rich and food excellent. The wifi was alway working well. We will never forget this beautiful experience!

Excellent service, very helpful front desk staff (Sanchari). we wanted to eat at Dum Pukht but it was overbooked and we were not able to dine there. the front office made sure that we could get the Dum Pukht menu for in-room dining

I seriously liked the place. It was a spacious 85-square-meter flat just below the rooftop, with a fantastic view from both windows. The rooftop restaurant has incredible food for breakfast and dinner. The pool was also excellent.
