I found that the facility it’s not what they sell on their advertising. There isn’t a single person to guide you to the premises (it’s inside of a shopping mall) or a proper signage; No A/C and for a what they call a luxury hotel; They don’t have an space for people who came early due to a meeting or event, so I felt their prices are so much higher than the service they offer.

My reservation was hold until 10 PM without needing to ask for it. They would even have waited until midnight.
