The property is new so definitely it's very clean and spot on. Front desk staff is really helpful and accommodating. Initially booked it for 2 days but eventually extended it for another 2 days due to the comfort level. Definitely recommended.

    I love that each and everyone of the hotel staff are super nice and friendly. Everyone greets you with honour and respect unlike other 5 stars hotels I've stayed. The room space was exceptional and very comfortable bedsheets with comforter. Oh.. and their Club Lounge was the main highlight of my stay. Beautiful scenery and the lounge was very peaceful to relax.

    the hotel’s location is excellent as it is linked to a major shopping centre and is easily accessible through major highways . the customer services is top notch. Having stayed in many 5 stars hotels, this is by far the best service we’ve received. the staff are all very friendly, helpful , respectful and very attentive. The room is very comfortable and very clean. love the bed and pillows! The buffet breakfast is also one of the best with so many varieties and choices.
