Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean, modern, everything was functioning. Housekeeping was perfect, if requested, linens were changed every day. Complementary bottled water in the fridge was there every day. There is an included shuttle from the hotel to the beach club where all the hotel guests have sunbeds. Modern fitness room is perfect, nice sauna and Turkish spa, all included in the price.

Everything and I mean it Literally. We had a beautiful view from our room which was certainly the highlight of the stay. The restaurant area was fabulous right from its ambience and extending the look of nature and also the breakfast spread. The staff was good too. We were celebrating a special occasion and staff ensured that we had a memorable time. From a location point of view this hotel is perfect, a short walk and you have the tram station and convenient stores around. The old town/Kaleici area was just 15-20mins walk away. We literally didn't spend much on transportation to explore as it was all done by walking. They helped in arranging day trip to Perge, Aspendos and that was also very well done. Highly Recommend this hotel for those seeking a fabulous view from their room, good food and close proximity of things to do around.

One of the best hotels that really looks after every single detail, their “All inclusive” service is one of the best, the room cleanest, the facilities, the KIDS CLUB RIXY, the beach everything was top notch. “Mr. Polat in the front desk was really nice kind and professional he made our check in easy fast with a big smile on our faces” we will come again for longer period of time.

    Very good customer relations approach; very clean hotel; efficient staff (esp. younger staff in restaurant deserves to be mentioned); not opulent buffets but very tasteful varied mainly Turkish food; every day animation is provided; great location near beach & bus to center of town is within walking distance. Although the hotel is one of the oldest in the city, it is well-maintained, although I would not rate it 5 stars
