The hotel room was clean, with a nice smell every time. The staff are so friendly. It is too close to the mall which is very convenient. The bell guys are excellent. The pool is very clean with excellent size.

The service was universally excellent--staff in the restaurant, at the front desk, in the spa; valets, etc all were courteous and skilled. We enjoyed our breakfasts from the a la carte menu and the buffet. The food was very good and selections varied. I have learned to be wary of dinner at a hotel dining room, even at 5-star hotels. Therefore, we were surprised by and pleased with the quality of the dinner menu. I had the blackened rainbow trout, and my partner had the BBQ spiced salmon. Both dishes were delicious and well presented.
