The hotel has a ski-to-door access, views of the Matterhorn and Weisshorn mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, with 14 Gault Millau rating or a drink at the bar. Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking and there’s a heated storage room for ski equipment with coffee facilities exclusively for guests, located next to the Spielboden/Plattjen Cable Car. Exceptional in every way. The staff goes above and beyond, from the minute you book the place. The food at the restaurant was great especially for breakfast.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Beautiful views, clean, comfortable room, very close to everything. Staff was very helpful and kind.

We had a lovely few days here enjoying the spa, restaurant and bar. We also had dinner at another hotel owned by the group, which was excellent. It was a busy weekend at the resort and we were very well looked after by the staff who organised options on and off site for us to enjoy. We loved our room too!
