My family had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! We were on a cycling holiday and the hotel accomodated our bikes easily, the check-in was flawless. The service was very friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff helped us store our bikes + bags the next day so we could hike the Church and Castle, they even helped us clean up when my dad accidentally spilled an entire bottle of sparking water in the reception. Every single person on the staff was so friendly and helpful! This is the level of service you expect from a top tier hotel. Thank you for accomodating this group of American cyclists!

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The location was also perfect—close to public transport. The rooms are little small but manageable for taking rest after a day of exploring.

Rooms were a decent size and beds were very comfortable. I especially liked how we could get free prosecco/beer if we opted out of room cleaning for the day! We would love to return to this place if we visited Zermatt again.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for the railway station and much better value than hotels in Zermatt. We really appreciate the help given to us by Manuella at reception.

We found this hotel from Booking.com as usual and chose this hotel according to the location and the room specifications as well as previous reviews. Two nights of our stay in this hotel was quite impressive and there were nothing unsatisfactory at all. Room’s size is fine, bathroom is well equipped, and bed is comfortable. Our room had balcony with mountain and town view. The afternoon tea and coffee for all guests was a value added. Receptionists and other staff were helpful and flexible to guest’s requests. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

Location was excellent- right next to the train station and bus stop for the ski bus, yet very quiet despite so much foot traffic.

The hotel is very well located. Given how incredibly expensive accommodation in Zermatt is, staying in Täsch is a great option. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was excellent and far more generous than expected, with a wide selection including hot dishes. The surroundings were pleasant, and the room was spacious, with a large wardrobe. In the lobby there is a dedicated hot-water kettle available 24 hours a day, which is really convenient for making tea or instant noodles

Hotel Restaurant Walliser Sonne is in a great location - central to popular mountain passes and a great jumping off point for folks looking to stay in the Valais region. Great place for motorcyclists looking for a warm place to stay. Stayed here on my first and third night of a tour - excellent both times! Excellent food and property - rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Staff is super friendly and personable. Great views as well! Will certainly be staying here again in the future! Thank you!!

The breakfast provided was WOW! Special shoutout to Ms Karolina who went above & beyond by packing breakfast bags for my family as we had to catch an early train to Geneve Airport. The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Zermatt. Hotel is just a stone throw to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was super spacious. Long story short - Hotel Bristol is a home away from home ❤️

The location is in 2 mins from cabin lift, which takes you directly to the mountain. A stunning view on the Matterhorn from the balcony. The room is clean with the royal bathroom. Breakfast delicious and was included in the price. The stuff is super nice and polite.

They showed flexibility with breakfast time so that we could catch our train. Many thanks to the crew what was operating on Mar 07-08.

Very well designed rooms, with upscale modern furniture, good size, nice bathroom and well functioning AC. Friendly staff. A quiet location about 1.5 km from downtown.
