The hotel was modern and Zen in decoration. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Chinese food. We used the free washers and dryers and petted the resident golden retriever. Just 5 minutes away is a good restaurant, and the views in the area are gorgeous!

Featuring massage services, the hotel is close to several noted attractions, around 700 metres from Yuanjialing and around 1.8 km from Yinbing Road. The accommodation features a kids' club, room service and currency exchange for guests. Not my first time in Changsha and this Hotel. If you want to stay in the most comfort place in Changsha - just choose this hotel! Great location, excellent staff (they will help to solve any problem and help you with any request (my best and warm regards to Mr. Jack Ma!!!)), wonderful rooms and, of course, very tasty breakfast with great view! Perfectly charming private villas tucked away in the resort. Awfully peaceful not sharing walls, just the birdsong. Staff were frightfully helpful, and the breakfast buffet ticked all the boxes - proper sausages and decent coffee included. Stayed late July. Entirely comfortable and rather better than expected. Would absolutely return. Jolly good value for the quality, quite dashed reasonable for what you get.

Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.

Well located in the Yong Ding district of Zhangjiajie, Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain is located 30 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 5.2 km from Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office and 15 km from Tianmenshan National Forest Park. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a water park. There is an outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It is an amazing hotel, with free shuttle bus which can pick up and drop off at Tianmen Mount, railway station as well as local airport. The breakfast offers a variety of choices, some of which were quite international. A big swimming pool is free of charge for all guests. The staff communicated with me in English, which is awesome for overseas travellers. Honestly, I had a better experience than in other Hilton hotels previously. Highly recommended!
