Room service is available. I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.
