The gastronomic restaurant offers Provençal-themed gourmet menus created by chef Jérôme Yahia using seasonal local products. The bistrot is open for lunch. In the summer there is a poolside bar offering smoothies, ice creams and milkshakes. The hotel was first class and the food was great. Nice size pool and the wait staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! They also included a free shuttle service to and from the nearby city which has numerous upscale restaurants.
