We had a widespread of food each morning at the breakfast hall, buffet style catering to western and Indonesia tastes with slight changes in the menu from day to day. The team at the breakfast hall went out of the way to put together double shot lattes with latte art, special menu items and also surprised us with a really delicious Soto Betawi! We arrived on a wednesday night and the resort was relatively quiet but it started to fill up with more guests towards the weekend. Despite so, all the service crew were extremely hospitable and none of them shy away from hosting my family and I, we appreciate the warmth and their efforts to go beyond!

Amazing Hotel with Excellent Amenities and Service I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! There was a wide variety of food options, offering both traditional and western cuisines — all delicious and well-prepared. The customer service was outstanding; staffs were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms were top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, variety, and great service

Matatagpuan sa Sabang, 4 minutong lakad mula sa Pantai Iboih, ang Olala Bungalows and Restaurant ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, private beach area, at shared... Amazing stay at Olala Bungalow in Pulau Weh! Eka will give you a warm welcome and organise everything for you (driver to and from the ferry, motorbike, etc.). The sea view from the room and restaurant is simply incredible! I recommend this hotel

Nagtatampok ang Sheraton Belitung Resort ng mga libreng bisikleta, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, at hardin sa Tanjungbinga. It is very tranquil and beautifully designed. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

We really love the hotel. all the staff is vwry kind and helpful especially the pool staff named mas Sugeng was super nice and friendly, he really took good care of us whenever we were at the pool

Matatagpuan sa Palembang at maaabot ang Ampera Bridge sa loob ng 7.6 km, ang The Excelton Hotel ay nag-aalok ng mga concierge service, mga non-smoking na kuwarto, fitness center, libreng WiFi sa buong... Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa is a 5-star hotel that offers locally exquisite facilities that are best for Medan guests, reflecting North Sumatera culture with an authentic design ideal for business and... The breakfast was good. The staff were exceptional and very helpful this is best thing in the hotel.

Located in the heart of Medan’s business district, Cambridge Hotel Medan offers modern rooms with an outdoor swimming pool and a rooftop bar. We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the Cambridge Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

Nasa gitnang lokasyon, ang JW Marriott Hotel Medan ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may mga 55-inch LED TV. We stayed for 1 night before our flight to Europe. It was the second time we stayed at this hotel and this time was everything perfect. We used the executive lounge to get refreshed before the evening and used the gym and pool. Service was as expected and we enjoyed our stay.

The staffs were very polite and friendly, and we had great food and ambiance while experiencing our last breakfasting at Nadi Coffee & Eatery👍 I also like the Lobby's atmosphere and also the interior design of the rooms.
