We had a widespread of food each morning at the breakfast hall, buffet style catering to western and Indonesia tastes with slight changes in the menu from day to day. The team at the breakfast hall went out of the way to put together double shot lattes with latte art, special menu items and also surprised us with a really delicious Soto Betawi! We arrived on a wednesday night and the resort was relatively quiet but it started to fill up with more guests towards the weekend. Despite so, all the service crew were extremely hospitable and none of them shy away from hosting my family and I, we appreciate the warmth and their efforts to go beyond!

Located just across Palembang Icon Mall and offers free shuttle service to the mall, The Arista Hotel Palembang features an outdoor pool, spa and sauna. For sure the best hotel in Palembang. The bteakfast is also really good there And above all, its chinese restaurant.

The staffs are excellent. I rescheduled my booking last minute because of some medical emergency and they confirmed without hesitation. The process only took several minutes. Once we're finally there, we were amazed by the beauty of the hotel. And even more by the friendliness of the staffs.

Hotel worth recommending. Helpful staff, you feel like you are at home. I recommend the hotel, the best we have been to in Sumatra.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the Cambridge Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

Nasa gitnang lokasyon, ang JW Marriott Hotel Medan ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may mga 55-inch LED TV. The General Manager left a personal note and a welcome amenity that mentioned we were the guest of the day. That made all the difference. The "onzen"-like indoor pools, and gym were great too. I am a Hilton Diamond member but this stay will make me consider Marriott Bonvoy in the future.

The staffs were very polite and friendly, and we had great food and ambiance while experiencing our last breakfasting at Nadi Coffee & Eatery👍 I also like the Lobby's atmosphere and also the interior design of the rooms.
