On Ireland’s beautiful east coast, Powerscourt Hotel is a 5-star hotel tucked away in the woodlands of County Wicklow. There are stunning spa facilities and an award-winning restaurant, Sika. There are so many positive things to comment on. We loved our room - especially our nice big walk in wardrobe and bathroom. The calming colours, the cleanliness, the spaciousness were all here (alot of the times in other hotels something is lacking but not here). We ate dinner at the Sally Gap, I was very impressed with how smooth everything ran especially as they had only just re-opened. The food was delicious - my veg burger was the best I have ever eaten (and I've eaten many), my Mum had steak and it was cooked exactly as she requested. Breakfast was perfect, as I like fresh fruit and coffee and my Mum enjoys a hot breakfast so both our needs were met. I absolutely loved the pool where I enjoyed a quiet adult only morning swim. Every single member of staff we interacted with were friendly yet professional, I wish all hospitality staff could be like this! I can honestly say this was one of the best short break hotel experiences I've ever had.

This property is only a 10 minute drive to Dublin’s city centre. Sumptuous decor, marble bathrooms, and beautiful landscaped gardens are offered at this luxurious hotel. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived until we checked out, staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional, food was excellent and room was perfect, we will stay again.
