Nag-aalok ng libreng shuttle service mula sa Marina Grande port ng Capri, na matatagpuan sa layong 500 metro, nagtatampok ang Art-Nouveau na Hotel Excelsior Parco ng rooftop garden at 2 hot tub na may... Cant say enough of the exeptional serviece since the time we arrived untill we left ..number one is the staff all of them from reception to conceriage to waitets to drivers to housekeeping you feel you are your own house...the transport system the welcoming from the port the knolwedge the help in tickets to barbers to hair salon ..even after we left thier serviece was contniuing .the candies coffee welcoming drink ..every thing is exeptional..defientlt they are the BEST They gave me even a free upgrade to sea view

All staff are very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Mari, the front desk manager, and Massimiuano for their professional help to make sure that I and my family have a wonderful time in Capri as everything was organised on time and perfect. Thanks to them and all the wonderful staff, we are super happy, and we will definitely come again. The room was very comfortable and the food was delicious, but the best thing was the location of the hotel as it had two different entrances to two different streets. Also the hotel has a nice swimming pool for young kids.
