We were surprised to be greeted by hotel representatives at the dock. The taxi driver called the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room without any additional charge. The room was magnificent. The hotel's breakfasts were excellent. The interiors were stunning. Everything was exquisite. We had previously stayed in other 5-star hotels. This one was superior at a lower cost. Our experience at the hotel was highly positive.
