Everything is perfect, people are so friendly helping with all requests and trying always to give the best experience for us. They recommended a very nice tour guide which we could learn more about history of Fez and also took as to places that most probably we would not visit by ourselves. This riad is the true marroc experience that we were looking for!!!

All staff showed outstanding hospitality and genuine care. Zineb is a highly professional massage therapist, not just a light massage but a truly therapeutic experience. And Mohammed at the reception took care of everything for us from start to finish with great attention and kindness.

Location was very good near from the old city and it’s mall 2. It was a big palace that was modified professionally to be use as hotel 3. The hotel finishing such the walls , ground , and decoration cannot be found in any hotel in fes 4. Free parking with a security protection . Nobody can enter unless he is staying inside 5. The team of the reception individuals were so nice ( سفيان ، اشرف ، ابراهيم ، فاطمه الزهراء ) , always they welcoming the hotel guests , in addition they offer they help for any need arise. I shall not forget the upgrade that I got from the hotel management .
