The welcome we received was very friendly and checkin was completely painless. The grounds are well maintained and the pools were spotless clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate any request possible. They also offered transfer services to and from the City for very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and incredibly well maintained. Coming here was definitely a highlight for me, I didn't want to leave!

It is the most beautiful place with amazing surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast is outstanding. Will for sure come back!

She made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and made sure everything was perfect. The restaurant ideas, cooking classes, tuk tuk to medina and so much more. Can not recommend this hotel enough, the highest accolades!! We will come back for sure. Thank you from our family great memories to cherish xx

The hotel is well-designed, friendly staff and properly clean. The staff is very attentive and aims to please and assist wherever possible. Furthermore, the rooms are very comfy with proper amenities and fast internet all over the property. Lastly, the restaurant was great with local and international options. We’ll definitely be back!
