Mister Youssuf and the staff in both reception, breakfast room and restaurant was nice, friendly and service minded and made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect and safe - and had very nice terraces. The breakfast was also very good with different fruits and specialties every day. The room was cosy and the bed very good. We give our warmest recommendations to this ryad and its people.

The private pool was great and we liked the layout and the size of the rooms. On the hotel ground we enjoyed all the pools. The hotel restaurants and the reception were very tastefully decorated.

The hotel is an oasis of peace. The staff is very kind, helpful when there was a problem (especially the one at the reception). I received a gorgeous room and thanks again for the surprise for my birthday.

Glamorous, modern boutique hotel-- the styling of the rooms and common areas was trendy and high-end, with lots of thoughtful touches to make it feel more expensive, like fresh flowers and fruit in the rooms, and a date tower with our mint tea! The staff was fantastic-- Hind was so kind and funny and helpful; she gave us recommendations for shops and restaurants, booked us an early taxi for our 6 am flight, and communicated with the kitchen staff to make sure my sister had a vegan breakfast. Great sunset views of the medina from the rooftop lounge area.

The attention to detail, the stunning design of the lobby and choice of aroma. The design of the poolside and the little hammocks was so relaxing, even the room was so neat and clean and the TV allowed us to connect to our Netflix. It was all so tasteful and so luxuriously decorated, I’m a fan of the feature walls in the lobby and how they matched the furniture. Very cool. I also found it quite cool that they have their own vegetable garden and use it in the food they prepare. The hotel is basically brand new, State of the art door locks with a combination key, fresh and clean rooms that are cool and quirky. The staff were so warm and welcoming, proper Moroccan hospitality and they extended their care in an outstanding way. I will never forget the courtesy they showed us and made sure that we were happy no matter what. Trust me, by the end of our stay we were very happy. Our stay at Yin hotel truly made up for the previous “5 star” hotels we stayed at in the other cities because it really was on an international 5 star level yet small enough that we were given special treatment and the full attention of all the staff and even a meeting with the owner! I feel like family now and we will definitely return to Marrakech one day because of this wonderful place we could call home for a few days.

Absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the staff very friendly and attentive, a true gem of a hotel. Will come back.

Mayroon ang Riad Merzouga ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant sa Marrakech. Nag-aalok ang 5-star hotel na ito ng shared kitchen, concierge service, at libreng WiFi. The hospitality for sure was the best thing. We felt really welcomed and supported by the staff. The breakfast is amazing, and the location even though a bit hard to find in the first time (a Google Maps fault) , it's pretty convenient for the ones wondering to have a real experience among the locals, being in the middle of the Medina. The Riad is beautifull and charmy, the room is spacious and confortable, so I totally recommend this place.
