The private pool was also great - a good size, clean and a pleasant temperature.

We loved the location in the ancient Mellah, away from the crowds, yet a quick walk to all the wonders of the Souk. The luxury blend of traditional and modernist aesthetic in rich palettes and materials. The hospitality is beyond extraordinary. Hind and the staff made us feel so at home. The breakfast is generous and delicious, served on the beautiful rooftop.

The breakfast is as well very yummy and healthy. They accommodate gluten free and lactose free meal. I highly recommend to do the hammam at the hotel.

As this stay coincided with my wedding anniversary, the owner of the palace personally contacted me to check whether I needed transportation and to confirm my exact arrival time. Upon arrival, the reception staff was waiting for me at the entrance, welcoming me warmly and making me feel as if I were at home. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and effortless. I was then pleasantly surprised to be welcomed into a suite thoughtfully prepared for my wedding anniversary, with great generosity, care, and attention to detail. Every corner, wall, and space in the palace tells a story of deep history, complemented by beautiful décor and a lush garden filled with trees, birds, seating areas, and a swimming pool. I will certainly repeat this experience again.
