The rooms are comfortable and well kept. I have stayed in three different rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows nice and fluffy. The breakfast is delicious and a great place to meet fellow travelers. The location is outstanding. Only a block off of the main plaza. I highly recommend Casa Encantada! It does not disappoint.

Location, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and comfortable, based on the hotel stay, staff, looks and food, I would have paid more for this stay.
