Everything - staff etc. My husband got sick from some bad food he ate somewhere. I couldn't find bananas anywhere as it was a Sunday. Adalid sent some complimentary bananas to the room. Elizabeth arranged for us to stay some more hours in the room until our bus so that he could sleep in the room. Thanks so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything.
