Great location- very central. Hotel has all amenities (even a running track!). Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean, spacious and very comfortable bed.

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! Thanks a lot for good experience !!!

In a prime location in the centre of Puebla, Casa Sta Ines offers free WiFi throughout the property, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. Beds were comfortable.

Claudia greeted us warmly, and the entire staff spoiled us with delicious food and exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel is also incredibly well-located, offering easy access to the center of Cholula and nearby woods for beautiful nature walks. We truly hope to come back very soon!
