Great apartment, very new, spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need. The host was lovely and very thoughtful when we arrived later in the evening. Swimming pool is a great addition, there is a lovely garden with a BBQ too. The apartment is very well-isolated, as it was quiet and cool inside, and there are no mosquitos if you keep the windows closed. A nice beach is close by. Things to keep in mind: a 500 euro cash deposit is required, but is returned upon leaving. Also, the center of Limassol is not within walking distance, but there is a bus frequency leaving from close by, and a Bolt costs a couple euros per person if you can share it.

The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious and cozy. It provides a wonderful sea view. There are cruise ships on anchor just in front that make the view especially beautiful during night time. The very attentive and caring host exceeded our every expectation. The place has its own shaded parking lot. The store is 2 min walk, the local beach - just 7. The beach is very comfortable for families with children - there is an old reef that represents a natural fence in the water that provides for a sort of a natural pool for little kids. The beach is public, though there is a life guard on duty. We were pleased to find out that the apartment was in fact much better than what we expected based on the pictures posted over the Booking.
