    The property was absolutely lovely. Looked like a recent refurbishment. Quality soft furnishings and really comfortable beds and pillows. Nice new crockery and cutlery and plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Modern bathroom and beautiful toiletries, nice soft towels. We also loved the keyless access. Communication from the owners was excellent.

    Great location on the main road for me just passing through town. This was a quiet time of year, usually there would be a little bit more buzz on the main road. The rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish, newly refurbished and practical. I have stayed here twice now on my way further south and loved the place both times. When travelling I try and eat my own food, so particularly liked that they had crockery and cutlery, just no microwave. This is totally self check in so no staff to comment on. Great pub downstairs, noise not an issue.

    The location is close to shops and restaurants, and the room is decorated in a modern style, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Great communciation from the owners and a very reasonably priced stay!

    The Rooms were stylish, comfortable and clean. Great location, I would definitely stay here again! Even though there are shared bathrooms, ours was only with 2 rooms and each toilet / shower was labelled with room numbers.

    The Rooms Milton had a fantastic location, right in the middle of town and easy to access. The hotel has been recently renovated and the amenities are all very beautiful and sourced locally. The rooms are clean and spacious and also nicely styled. The hotel was above a pub that served wonderful quality meals and there are numerous cafes at your doorstep. We had a wonderful stay and our room comfortably fitted our family of four with small children.

    Located centrally in the town of Milton above the Milton Hotel, The Rooms Milton provides renovated modern hotel rooms with quality fit out and furnishings. This is separate from the Milton Hotel with a private entrance and rooms are located on the first floor. We were provided with the entry code in advance of our stay, and this operated without an issue. The bathroom was a good size with top quality toiletries provided. Bed was super comfortable and a variety of pillows to choose from. Netflix is also provided on the television.
