The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

Very friendly staff. Very good location with parking outside and also free parking available in a covered parking area (part of the shopping mall). Excellent restaurant onsite with delicious food and very friendly staff Spacious well decorated comfortable room and bathroom. Very quiet.

Despite Language issues, the staff tried their best & did accomodate us very well. Even made up a special bed for my 6 month old daughter which was fantastic & looked super comfy.
