the staff were Amazing and especially Leonardo who made us a special map with places to see and things to do. Also the breakfast and mini bar were amazing and the bath house was the cherry on top.

The rooms and furnishings were new, so I assume it's a new hotel. The room was large enough, and the view was quite nice. Being right across from the train station, it was very easy to get to; it's a 10-minute train ride from the airport and a 15-minute train ride from the central station. There are markets and restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and pleasant, but I think this was their first time working at a hotel, so things at the reception desk can take a while.

    Really liked the location. Yes it is not in the city centre but really easy and quick to get to city by train. When travelling by car it is also really good and very close to airport. Ideal for plane spotters cause very nice views to airport and departing planes.

    The location very close the Zurich airport very smooth for planning trips and one bus ride across the road goes straight to Zurich Airport. The entire team is absolutely fantastic especially Mona Lisa she is brilliant, answered all my queries and very attentive to every details, impeccable quality and high professionalism.
