I booked for my husband who was traveling for a project at the new Yuz Museum location. He seemed very happy with the hotel, and it was walking distance to the museum. He also liked the slippers that the hotel provided so much that he brought his home and took an extra pair for me.

I was there for a night to transfer from airport to train. the room is HUGE and totally out of my expectation and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel which request 10 steps to walk over and soooo many choices.

Clean! Amazing breakfast! Employees are all super helpful , they helped out in so many ways from having cabs come quickly to the hotel and having Chinese yuan for currency exchange in a pinch, they even allowed me to store my luggage for the day after I had checked out which allowed me to go shopping without my bags and come back and then head to the airport!

I liked the property because it was centrally located, making it easy to access major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. The hotel had excellent amenities. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my stay very comfortable. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options. Overall, the property provided a luxurious and pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations. It is also very near to HongQiao station.
