The staff are fabulous. Frank, Vivi, Joey and their team were so friendly and welcoming. They helped us with tour bookings, Didi bookings, Alipay and any general queries or problems we encountered, even bringing out umbrellas to our taxi when it was raining as we returned to the hotel. Being able to converse in English was great (someone is at the front desk 24/7). The food in their restaurant was great - tasty, large servings and very reasonably priced. The staff serving here were lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel

People, the people were amazing, they were really helpful and went above and beyond to help us to get to the airport in time. As it was very rainy day. Also, the style of the hotel is above and beyond. Very clean, very comfortable, very modern smart house features everywhere. Two bathrooms separate zones with leds. Very well thought instructions even for the hot and cold water on every faucets
