Steven is the owner of the place and he’s such a nice guy! He’s been super helpful, being attentive to whatever I could need. He was so nice that even pack my breakfast to go, cause I was living very early in the morning. The place is located at 12min walking to Tianmen mountain which is amazing to avoid crowds and get there first time in the morning.

Very good location, You can walk to east gate of the park. there are so many restaurants within walking distance or supermarkets just next to hotel. Lily help us to book all park and give the tickets detail in advance. Glass Inn is a beautiful picturesque property nestled in a mountain bamboo forest - the property is stunning with well tended gardens, ancient buildings and pretty views. Rooms are a unique blend of history and modern comfort. Xiaomei is an incredible host, so attentive and kind all the time, and her staff is fantastic as well. All of our needs and wants were met and we were made to feel right at home in the fun family-like atmosphere. The restaurant food is delicious and the location is perfect for easy access to Zhangjiajie park. So grateful to have found this inn.

Beautiful and convenient little town next to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. We enjoyed the local cuisine at this hotel as well as at the restaurant next door. The hosts were so helpful and kind: booked our park tickets for us, shuttled us to the park, and gave us a little gift when checking out.

This is the place to stay for Zhangjiajie. The location is within walking distance of the west gate entrance - less crowded than the more popular east gate. The site is more secluded and peaceful which we preferred as a family. The hotel staff is excellent and will do everything to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible: we were provided a very clear and detailed itinerary of what to do and where to go; given a ride to the gate when we could have just walked; booked all tickets for us; planned out our second day itinerary to Tianmen, and arranged for taxi there and back; arranged our breakfast and dinner at hotel (which were reasonably priced and delicious). There is a pool table and trampoline where our kids had a blast. Eason, the hotel owner, speaks English and will help you in every way possible. I can't say enough good things about how well he runs his business and helped to make my family's stay there memorable.

The location is amazing! Only about 20 minutes walk to the east gate of the national park. The walk to the park is very picturesque too. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel which is great. The owner is super helpful with any kind of questions you might have. He can also help you book the tickets and provide you with the best explanation of the area and how to visit different parts of the national park so you have a clear understanding of what to do.
