Brilliant location and the property deserves every part of its 4 Star rating. The staff were great and did all the little things so well and a great valet parking too. Comfy room, slept perfectly, super breakfast, great experience. The dining room felt a little strange, a large chapel! But the meal was heavenly 😊 Great service, some Basque specials, good matching wines. Overall an excellent experience. Must be the best choice in Pamplona!

Great hotel in the historic section of Pamplona, within easy walking distance of everything a visitor would want to see. Friendly, helpful staff. Large rooms with comfortable bed and spacious bathrooms. Very quiet, we heard no street noise even though our room overlooked the street, and no noise from other guests inside the hotel. There are two restaurants, one that is part of the hotel and another that is next door. The place next door has good food at very reasonable prices. (We did not eat at the restaurant inside the hotel but the breakfast buffet looked very good). I will stay here again if I'm ever back in Pamplona.
