The hotel was very clean and smelled great! There was a bar and restaurant. The room was spacious with crisp white linens. The staff was amazing and sooo friendly. No questions or requests were too much. Everyone had a great smiling face. It was a 20min train ride from Gatwick airport and 20-30 minutes to London Victoria station. Very convenient. If you wanted shoos they were across the road. Stores upon stores and a shopping centre/mall. Plenty of grocery stores very close by. A big shout out and thank you to an amazing and excellent service oriented Scottish gentleman ( sorry wrote his name down but lost the paper) was a pleasure every time he made me coffee in the morning. Had a few great conversations with him and it’s not often I meet someone who is authentic and seems to love what they do. He should be congratulated on his work ethic!

Everything was great! The food, the rooms (the beds are SO comfortable) and the people there are amazing, they helped us with everything that we needed at all times. Very beautiful location with beautiful views. We walked 5 minutes to the train station every day during our stay and there was a coffee we totally recommend “Little Things” it’s really good you should totally go during you travel! 10/10 Melrose House! We loved it, totally worth it!
