The concierge Nicole was very kind and welcoming as well as one of the other male staff working with her who opened the door for us whenever we went in and out of the hotel. It was very clean as well and in a decent location to walk to the main area or catch the bus.

Property was well-maintained; staff was very friendly and courteous. Location on the beach was absolutely gorgeous and close to hotel. The amenities were relevant and well-maintained as well.

The beach and the bars near the beach. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent and the staff in the breakfast dinning area was fantastic. The floors having a water dispenser and a microwave on certain floors was also a plus. The ability to purchase coffee 24/7 is also an added bonus as well as having the Hardrock Cafe, IHOP, California pizza in the area without having to go outside.

Staff friendliness, shops and restaurant within the hotel was convenient. Airport pick up was so on time, in fact, earlier than expected. Shuttle to the salon was unexpected but so appreciated. We requested a wake up call and actually received an automated one (3x) then a staff called. The room was more than expected for the price.
